Young Arms Continue What Doc Started

The Toronto Blue Jays won a hard fought 3-1 contest on Sunday afternoon, behind outstanding pitching by Roy Halladay and three up and coming prospects. Casey Janssen, Shaun Marcum and Ty Taubenheim, each had scoreless appearances and continue to impress this spring.

Roy Halladay started it with four scoreless innings, in which he allowed two hits and struck out six batters. Veteran right-hander James Baldwin was up next, and allowed the only run the Blue Jays would surrender in his inning of work.
