Our Scouting Reports on the Jays Top 50 Prospects Return with Eric Arnold. The Toronto Blue Jays selected Eric Arnold in the 10th round of the 2002 major league baseball draft out of Rice University. Arnold spent the 2002 season playing in rookie league and short-season A ball, but was injured for some of the 2003 season. Last year he showed signs of breaking through, and it came to fruition this season with the Dunedin Blue Jays.
