Jeroloman Walking His Way Into Toronto

The 22-year-old Jeroloman fits right into the Blue Jays philosophy of exercising great strike zone discipline and waiting for the right pitch to drive. As the catcher for the Dunedin Blue Jays (High-A), he drew 85 walks, leading the Florida State League and the entire Toronto organization, including the major league club.

His lowest on-base percentage since high school has been .363 (also the only season in which he struck out more times than he drew base on balls), recorded in 2006 with the Auburn Doubledays, his first year in professional baseball.
