Lansing was the only Blue Jays affiliate to win on Monday, defeating Columbus 6-5. Chris Emanule drove in three runs and hit a big home run in the victory. Travis Snider, playing in just his second minor league spring training game, had a single and a double in three at bats, while walking once, and droving in two runs. Jonathan Baksh also had a double, and drove in a run. Baksh finished 2-for-4. Baron Frost had a double and a single in his only two at bats. Ben Zeskind tripled in the victory and later came around to score. Balbino Fuenmayor went 1-for-3 in the game with a double. Scott Campbell walked twice and scored a run.
Robert Ray continued to show the Jays he's recovered from off-season surgery by tossing three scoreless innings. Shane Benson allowed a run in his inning of work, while Noah Tritz struggled on the hill allowing three runs in two innings. Brad Cuthbertson was charged with one run, and scattered two hits, in a pair of innings, while Brian Bull fanned two in a scoreless inning.
