2006 Scouting Report: Balbino Fuenmayor

Last month the Toronto Blue Jays signed Venezuelan prospect Balbino Fuenmayor to a lucrative $1.5 million contract. Fuenmayor, a third baseman who has been compared to Chipper Jones by some scouts, is expected to come over to the States this month and is currently scheduled to begin his professional baseball career in 2007.
