Hicks Enjoyed his First Professional Five-Hit Game

Eric Nielsen knocked out his most hits in professional baseball as he went 5-for-6 with three runs batted in, during Lansing's 10-1 victory over the Wisconsin Rattlers.

Nielsen hit a line drive triple to center field in the top of the first inning, after Chris Snavely walked, and drove him in giving Lansing the early 1-0 victory. In the third inning Nielsen came up with Jason Armstrong on second base, and singled to left field, but was unable to drive in Armstrong who stopped at third.
