12 runs batted in. The 5'11", 175lb. Infielder started 27 games this season,
25 at shortstop and two at second base.
McDonald , a right-handed hitter, was acquired by the Blue Jays from the
Cleveland Indians on December 2, 2004 in a trade for a player to be named
later. The trade was completed on December 13, 2004 when Toronto sent RHP
Thomas Mastny to the Indians.
McDonald , a native of New London, Connecticut, is a career .239 hitter in
322 games with four home runs and 45 RBI while playing for Toronto and
Cleveland (1999-2004).
